About Access First Evaluations

A Practical Approach to Mental Health Support

Many people reach out for help during moments when life feels difficult to manage. Emotions may feel overwhelming, relationships may feel strained, or stress may begin to impact daily functioning.

Access First Evaluations was created to provide structured, practical mental health support that helps individuals build real skills for navigating life’s challenges.

Rather than simply talking about problems, the focus is on helping people develop tools they can use in everyday life. Through structured groups, skill-building approaches, and professional evaluations, individuals are supported in creating meaningful and lasting change.

Services are designed to help individuals improve emotional regulation, build healthier coping strategies, and gain clarity about the next steps in their personal growth.

What Working Together Looks Like

Support at Access First Evaluations is structured, collaborative, and focused on real progress.

Clients are provided with practical skills and strategies that help them better manage stress, emotional reactions, and behavioral patterns. Over time, these skills help individuals develop greater control over their responses, improve relationships, and make more intentional decisions.

The goal is to create a supportive environment where individuals can develop the tools necessary to move forward with greater confidence and stability.

About Solomon Richberg, LCSW

Access First Evaluations is led by Solomon Richberg, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides structured mental health support, group-based skills training, and professional clinical evaluations.

Solomon’s work focuses on helping individuals develop practical tools for emotional regulation, decision-making, and personal stability. His approach emphasizes skill development, accountability, and long-term behavioral change.
Through his work, Solomon aims to help individuals gain greater insight into their patterns, strengthen their coping strategies, and build a healthier path forward.

Outside of his professional work, Solomon enjoys spending time with his family. He is married with three children and values starting his mornings with coffee and quiet reflection with his wife. He is also a lifelong sports fan and enjoys following the New York Jets and New York Knicks, as well as gaming in his free time.

These moments of balance and reflection help reinforce the same principles he encourages in his work: creating space to pause, reflect, and move forward intentionally.
