BPD Skills & Support Classes

Our BPD classes are designed to provide structured skills training, emotional support, and practical tools for individuals living with Borderline Personality Disorder. Classes integrate elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing on emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, mindfulness, and distress tolerance.Details:Format: Virtual group sessions (live and interactive)Duration: 8–12 weeks, with weekly 60-minute sessionsCompletion Certificate: Provided at the end of the programOpen to: Court-mandated and non-court-mandated participantsThese classes create a safe and supportive environment where participants can learn strategies to manage symptoms, build healthier relationships, and move toward greater stability.

Batterers’ Intervention Program (BIP)

Court-Approved Domestic Violence InterventionOur Batterers’ Intervention Program meets Florida standards and is designed for individuals ordered by the court to complete domestic violence treatment. We use a cognitive-behavioral
and accountability-based approach to address abusive patterns, promote respectful relationships, and prevent future
harm.Program Includes:

  • Weekly 90-minute group sessions (virtual & in-person)

  • Certified facilitators

  • Progress tracking & attendance reports for courts

  • Enrollment letters and completion documentation provided

Terms Of Service

Access First Evaluations is a service provided by Cognitive Behavior Champions LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our evaluation services, including mental health letters for accommodations, excuse notes, and other one-time documentation.1. Nature of Services
Our services consist of one-time mental health evaluations for the purpose of documentation only. These are not ongoing therapeutic relationships and should not be used in place of therapy, psychiatry, or emergency services.2. Eligibility
You must be age 18 or older and located in a state in which we are licensed (currently FL, TX). We reserve the right to decline services based on clinical judgment or risk factors identified during screening.3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking. No refunds will be provided once the evaluation session has begun. If you do not attend your session without 24 hours’ notice, you forfeit your payment.4. No Emergency Services
We do not provide emergency or crisis mental health services. If you are experiencing a crisis or suicidal thoughts, call 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.5. Documentation Turnaround
Standard documentation is typically delivered within 1–2 business days after the evaluation session. We do not guarantee letter approval by any third-party entity (e.g., employers, schools, insurance companies).6. Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse documentation if clinical criteria are not met. Submission of screening forms does not guarantee eligibility.7. Contact
